When I say my onboarding process is the most important part of the project, I MEAN IT! The process starts from the second you fill out an inquiry to the day I start designing! Let me walk you through it!
Inquiry Form
This form starts the process of getting to know your business, your needs, your budget, timeline, and expectations. (also it narrows out the weirdos if ya know what I mean)
Discovery Call
This is our first (very casual) call where discuss you, why you’re looking into design, and I take you through the whole shabang of the packages. Really this is just to make sure we’re a match made in heaven and to answer any burning questions you have!
Proposal
After the call I get to sending you a proposal that gives you yet another overview of the package, the process, answers the most common questions, and gives my pricing. Within that email everything is super easy to select the package, sign the contract, and pay your 50% deposit!
Welcome Email
So we made it!! WOOT WOOT! This gives you the full run down of your next steps, how to access your client portal, the homework that needs to be completed, how to contact me, confirmation of you project date & more resources!
The Beginning
On the first day of your project we have a brand development call to walk through your homework, clarify, ask more questions, and get to work on the first week (AKA brand strategy)!
